Belgrade – Hybrid work model
Full-time position

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our friendly and growing team in Belgrade. You’ll be working on a stable, long-term project that has been developed for over seven years.
Our clients and part of the development team are based in the Netherlands, so you’ll be working closely with international colleagues in an open and supportive environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Assess project requirements, propose solutions, and prepare estimates
  • Develop and maintain complex frontend components using React.js and modern JavaScript
  • Work closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers
  • Implement design solutions and ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Debug and improve existing code as needed
  • Gradually take on leadership and mentoring responsibilities within the frontend team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
  • Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS
  • Experience with state management (Redux or similar)
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile workflows
  • Solid experience with responsive/adaptive design
  • Good spoken and written English skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with other technologies and libraries we are using – React Native, redux-observable (rxjs), MUI, final-form, i18next
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading a small team
  • University degree in IT or a related field
