ASA Profiles Directory — Mobile App for Swiss Arbitration

The Swiss Arbitration Association needed a way for practitioners — arbitrators, counsel, and parties — to find and filter profiles from their expert directory quickly, from anywhere. A mobile app was the right answer.

The product

The ASA Profiles app allows users to browse the full ASA directory with filtering by nationality, age range, and area of specialisation. The filtering model had to be flexible enough to handle complex queries while remaining simple enough to use on a phone screen.

Technical approach

We built the app using Ionic with Angular, targeting both iOS and Android from a single codebase. The backend integration used a REST API that we designed and implemented to serve the directory data efficiently, with support for offline browsing of recently viewed profiles.

The app is available on the Google Play Store and has been adopted by arbitration practitioners across Europe.
