International Health came to us with a mission to improve their IT operations and rewamp their loyalty program. We develop the software for a ordering and printing remote tracking QRcode scans for loyalty purposes.
What We Did
Over a two-year collaborative engagement with representatives from International Health, our team—comprising one senior developer and three junior developers—built the IH Club platform from the ground up. Leveraging Next.js deployed on Vercel alongside MongoDB, we architected a full-featured digital loyalty and health-tracking portal. We developed interactive core features including dynamic QR-code point redemption, automated metric tracking (weight/BMI logs), personalized diet protocols, and an invite-driven Ambassador network.
The Outcome
The project successfully established a closed, scalable digital ecosystem that transforms one-off product sales into long-term customer engagement. Beyond delivering a production-ready application that powers customer loyalty we continue to provide ongoing development support and ship new features on a quarterly release cycle.
