Swisscom Relocation Integration — Movu Service Platform

When a Swisscom customer moves home, they need to update their service address and often want to book a moving company at the same time. Entypo, acting on behalf of Swisscom, asked us to make those two things happen in a single seamless flow.

The integration

We built a web application that sits between Swisscom's customer portal and the Movu moving services platform. Customers fill in their relocation details once — the system handles the Swisscom address update and passes the relevant data to Movu for moving quotes and booking, without the customer having to repeat themselves.

The complexity

Third-party integrations always surface unexpected edge cases. Address validation between two systems, handling failed Movu availability responses gracefully, and maintaining a coherent user experience when one backend is slow — these were the problems we actually spent most of our time on.

The integration shipped on schedule and is now part of Swisscom's standard customer journey for relocation.
